At SANVT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your essentials, which is why we offer a 100-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we provide a seamless process for both domestic and international returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
